BASIC INFORMATION AND LOCATION
Ždrelac is a settlement on Pašman, one of the islands of the Zadar archipelago, which is connected to Biograd by ferry. It was founded around the church of St. Luke and has spread to several bays and hills, including a new settlement near the bridge. A 210 m long bridge was built across the sea strait, which separates the islands of Ugljan and Pašman, in 1973, along which is the large weekend settlement of Gladuša. The spacious bay along the strait is an anchorage for numerous yachts on their way from the mainland to the Kornati Islands. The economy is based on agriculture, viticulture, olive growing, fishing and tourism. It is located on the regional road D110, which connects all places on the island. The settlement can also be reached via Ugljan, which is connected to Zadar by ferry.
