Erot Beach (4 Pinjola) – Hidden Cove at the Far West of Sutivan

Erot Beach, also known as 4 Pinjola, is located at the far western part of the Sutivan coastline, away from the town center and the most visited city beaches. Situated along the coastal road towards the western coves, this small natural cove attracts visitors seeking tranquility, clear waters, and an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere.

The name 4 Pinjola comes from the four characteristic pine trees located right by the shore, which are one of the recognizable symbols of this location. These trees are among the few sources of natural shade in this part of the coast, providing a pleasant spot to rest during hot summer days.

The coastline consists of a combination of natural rocks, stone plateaus, and smaller pebbly areas suitable for entering the sea. The water is exceptionally clear and transparent, and due to the distance from settlements and a smaller number of visitors, it often appears almost untouched. The view towards the open Brač Channel and the western coast of the island further emphasizes the sense of peace and isolation.

There are no catering facilities, showers, changing cabins, or other tourist amenities at the beach. Visitors typically come prepared for a full day stay, as it is one of the most natural bathing spots in the vicinity of Sutivan.

The beach can be accessed on foot or by bicycle along the coastal path from Sutivan, while cars can be parked at the gravel pull-offs along the road near the western coves. The last part of the access must be completed on foot.

Thanks to the clear waters, peaceful atmosphere, and location away from tourist crowds, Erot or 4 Pinjola is one of the most beautiful swimming spots on the western coast of Sutivan. It will be particularly appreciated by nature lovers, swimmers, and those seeking hidden coves that still retain an authentic island character. The beach is unofficially a nudist beach where naturists also swim.
