If your accommodation is in Kut or the centre of Vis, there is no reason to drive to Josip.

For guests arriving from Rukavac, Milna, Rogačić, or other places on the island, it is more practical to leave the car at a public parking area in the town and explore Kut on foot.

This is especially true during July and August when the old town streets and the waterfront are much more pleasant without the hassle of finding a parking space.
