Beach Bar Africa is situated on the northern coast of Šolta, west of the center of Stomorska, along the coastal road Veli Dolac. It is located right above the sea, next to a small pebble beach known as Veli Dolac, which is often referred to as Africa Beach. The bar is approximately 1.1 to 1.3 kilometers from the main waterfront and central part of the harbor, depending on the starting point, which takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk.

To reach Beach Bar Africa from Stomorska, follow the coast heading west. The path mostly leads along a local asphalt road past houses and apartments. Access to the bar can be made by car, scooter, bicycle, or on foot, but the road is narrow in some sections, and space near the sea is limited. The beach bar does not have a large designated parking area, so cars are generally parked in available spots along the access road and in the vicinity of the bar. During July and August, finding a free spot nearby is not guaranteed, making it more practical to walk or use a scooter from Stomorska. When parking, ensure that vehicles do not obstruct local traffic or access to private homes.

The main advantage of Beach Bar Africa is its location right by the sea. The terrace is arranged along the coast, offering an open view to the north and the sea channel between Šolta and the mainland. The bar is connected to a small pebble cove below the establishment, allowing for easy access to swimming. The beach is not large and fills up quickly during the busiest part of the day. Entry into the water is mostly over pebbles and rocks, making water shoes useful, especially for children and those sensitive to uneven surfaces.

The offer primarily focuses on drinks. Coffee, beer, soft drinks, lemonades, and various cocktails are available, with cocktails often highlighted as a recognizable part of the menu. Sun loungers and umbrellas are set up near the terrace and beach area, but their number and availability depend on the season and the current organization of the bar. The establishment also provides Wi-Fi, and music plays an important role in the atmosphere, especially later in the day and in the evening. Occasionally, lively evenings and entertainment programs are organized, so it is advisable to check the bar's current announcements before visiting.

Beach Bar Africa is not a restaurant with an extensive menu but primarily a seasonal cocktail and beach bar. For a full lunch or dinner, the center of Stomorska is a better choice, where more taverns and restaurants are located. This bar is mainly visited for drinks by the sea, swimming at the small beach, and staying away from the busiest part of the area.
