Moment is not a restaurant in the traditional sense. Located in a family olive grove above Milna, just a few minutes' walk from the village centre, it offers a unique gastronomic experience focused on seasonal ingredients, open-fire cooking, and direct interaction between chefs and guests.

From the moment you arrive, it is clear that there is no standard restaurant concept here. The restaurant was established by Marko and Toma with the idea of creating a space that emphasises the food preparation process itself. A distinctive feature of Moment is its limited seating. The restaurant accommodates a maximum of sixteen guests per evening, which allows for a more personal approach and a completely different experience compared to traditional restaurants during the summer season. This exclusivity fosters a sense of a private dinner among the olive trees, away from the crowds and hustle of tourist hotspots.

The tasting menu can include up to twelve courses, based on seasonal produce, local products, and a creative interpretation of Mediterranean cuisine. Rather than a pre-defined menu, the kitchen adapts to what is freshest and of the highest quality that day.

Wines play a special role as well. Each course is paired with a carefully selected wine that complements the flavours of the dish. This transforms dinner into a gastronomic journey through various tastes, textures, and wine styles.
