Sveti Rok Beach in Pučišća | Paved town beach by the old chapel
Sveti Rok Beach is situated on the southern side of the Pučišća bay, just a few minutes' walk from the town centre, directly beneath the chapel of St. Rok, after which the entire stretch of coastline is named. Due to its location by the bay and views of the stone houses of Pučišća, this spot offers a good representation of the character of the town and its typical Brač stone architecture.
The beach is mostly paved with stone surfaces for sunbathing, while smaller pebbly and rocky areas are available for entering the water. The well-maintained stone slabs attract many visitors for longer swims, as there is no need to search for a spot on the pebbles. The entry into the sea is straightforward, and the water quickly deepens along the shore, making the beach suitable for swimming and jumping in.
The water is very clear and transparent, particularly in the mornings when the entire Pučišća bay is completely calm. As the beach is located within the bay, there are no large waves or strong currents, ensuring a pleasant swimming experience throughout the day.
One part of the beach enjoys sunlight for most of the day, while shaded areas can be found near the stone walls and a few trees. Consequently, many visitors alternate between sunbathing on the paved section and taking occasional breaks in the shade along the beach's edge.
Just above the shore stands the small chapel of St. Rok, which gives the area a distinctive appearance. The stone steps, old walls, and views over the Pučišća bay make this part of the town quite different from typical urban beaches.
Accessing Sveti Rok is straightforward on foot from the centre of Pučišća via coastal streets and promenades. While it is possible to drive close to the beach, there is no designated parking directly by the sea, so most visitors leave their cars a few minutes away.
The beach lacks beach bars or extensive hospitality facilities, which is appealing to those seeking a simple swimming spot without excessive noise or distractions along the shoreline.

A person can become a user by signing up with a user name and a password. The user agrees to put the accurate access data, name and surname and the address. Contents that users publish will be signed with a nickname they choose, while the personal data will be used in accordance with the privacy statement. Persons under the age of thirteen are not allowed to enter any content. General terms can be changed from time to time and if the user or supplier doesn’t agree with the changed general terms and conditions he can remove his content from the site.

Administrators review entered contents and approve them for publishing. Holiday-Link.com has the right not to show the content it finds inappropriate, untrue or offensive. The owners, managers or employees of the gastronomic facilities (eg. restaurants) have the right to reply to the articles and comments on their own content. 4. The obligations of suppliers of tourist services (accommodation and other services)
Company Holiday-Link.com Ltd acts as advertising website on this website and not as a tour operator or intermediary travel agency. Suppliers of tourist services who register their capacity on this site, pay the commercial advertising model they choose. Interaction, regarding arranging a specific accommodation or other tourist service, is done directly between supplier and visitor. Visitors arrange the accommodation or some other touristic service directly with the suppliers and pay the arranged service to them. Suppliers are responsible for all entered data, images, prices and more. Suppliers guarantee that they have all licences necessary to carry out the services they offer, and to operate in accordance with the laws of their home country. By purchasing certain service, visitor accepts the terms and conditions of a supplier from whom he purchased the service. Holiday-Link will check each supplier before putting its facilities to be visible on the page.
