Lipa Restaurant | Terrace by the Sea in the Heart of Postira
Lipa Restaurant is situated on the ground floor of the hotel of the same name, right on the Postira waterfront in the central part of the village. Thanks to its seaside location and spacious terrace shaded by pine trees, it has been one of the most recognisable spots for lunch or dinner in Postira for decades.
The first thing you notice when you sit on the terrace is the view. In front of you lies the Postira harbour, filled with fishing and tourist boats, while across the Brač Channel, the mainland stretches out. As the restaurant is located right by the promenade, you can observe the daily life of the village – locals enjoying their morning coffee, boats arriving in the harbour, and evening strolls along the waterfront.
The atmosphere is enhanced by several large pine trees that provide natural shade over the terrace. During the summer months, this is one of the reasons many choose Lipa for lunch, while in the evenings, the terrace is among the most sought-after places for dining by the sea.
The menu predominantly features Mediterranean and Dalmatian dishes. Offerings include fresh fish, squid, octopus, risottos, pasta, shellfish, and various grilled specialities. Meat lovers can choose from steaks, chicken dishes, and classic Dalmatian grill specialities, while local Brač and Dalmatian wines are often recommended to accompany the fish dishes.
What sets Lipa apart from smaller taverns is the combination of hotel standards and a relaxed island atmosphere. The service is professional, the space is clean and spacious, yet the restaurant retains the character of a place where hotel guests, locals, and long-time visitors to Postira can often be seen.
It is particularly pleasant during the evening hours when the lights of the harbour reflect on the surface of the sea, and the entire bay takes on a calmer rhythm. At this time, the terrace becomes one of the most beautiful places for dinner in the very centre of the village.

General terms can be changed from time to time and if the user or supplier doesn’t agree with the changed general terms and conditions he can remove his content from the site.

4. The obligations of suppliers of tourist services (accommodation and other services)
Company Holiday-Link.com Ltd acts as advertising website on this website and not as a tour operator or intermediary travel agency. Suppliers of tourist services who register their capacity on this site, pay the commercial advertising model they choose. Interaction, regarding arranging a specific accommodation or other tourist service, is done directly between supplier and visitor. Visitors arrange the accommodation or some other touristic service directly with the suppliers and pay the arranged service to them. Suppliers are responsible for all entered data, images, prices and more. Suppliers guarantee that they have all licences necessary to carry out the services they offer, and to operate in accordance with the laws of their home country. By purchasing certain service, visitor accepts the terms and conditions of a supplier from whom he purchased the service. Holiday-Link will check each supplier before putting its facilities to be visible on the page.
