It has always been my greatest wish to bring people as close as possible to the whole story of high gastronomy. When we say get closer, then of course we are talking about a price range that is much easier to spend in these places. I opened the bar according to a concept that I had imagined for years, which is exactly the interaction with the guests. I enjoy communicating and educating people around me. Honestly, if I could, I would just bring the whole kitchen to the guests and enjoy the preparation of food and pairing it with wines ! I get out of the kitchen, talk to the guests, listen to their wishes and work together to plan their lunch or dinner.
