Since 1985, this exhibition has introduced i the cultural scene in Split with a new look on art and its relationship with society. The first exhibitions arose from the need for active participation in cultural and intellectual life, and since 1990 the exhibition of classical paintings and sculptures has been rejected, with the imperative of pursuing new principles. For the last 5 events we have used an expanded art form, where anonymously exhibited works, together with lectures and directly democratic tribunes, form a common spiritual laboratory of criticism and the creation of new social relationships. In this way, communication with activists, students, workers and other citizens was realized and the exhibition served as a training ground for a better world. In the last two years we have organized art events in the factories and faculties themselves, thus connecting many isolated social groups. A number of renowned lecturers (historians, philosophers, sociologists, activists) participated in the event, with the clear aim of establishing a relationship between art as a tool of criticism and vision, and politics as the art of living together. Our approach has been recognized abroad and in 2013, with the AAA Solidarity Network project, we were invited to the Ancona Youth Biennale, the Athens Biennale and the Zagreb Salon.
