Pojoda is run by Brajcic, who moved from his native Zagreb fifteen years ago to Vis from where his family originates. Brajcic immediately set an ambitious concept of a menu with original island dishes, and over the years he continued to expand the story and quickly succeeded. Brajcic's meals are basically simple and based on top quality local foods and thankfully there is no need to complicate things. Situated in the courtyard of an old house with a terrace where lemon trees and oranges grow, "Pojoda" is the only restaurant in Vis which is open all year.
